Every unit comes with 13 amp electrical outlets inside and internal lighting. it is completely insulated so it will not get so hot in the summer and so cold in the winter, and could be used to store wine etc.
This unit is also great to use if you have a small business and need an office for your self and someone else, or you have a small eCommerce biz and you need some storage space and some room to pack orders. We also have one even being used as a small personal gym.
